Vom 30. Mai bis 01. Juni 2023 um 23:59 Uhr wird das Studierendenparlament für die Legislatur 2023-2024 gewählt. Wahlberechtigt sind alle im Wählerverzeichnis eingetragenen Studierenden der BTU Cottbus – Senftenberg.
Das Studierendenparlament (StuPa):
Das StuPa ist das höchste beschlussfassende Organ der Studierendenschaft. Es besteht in der Regel aus 30 Parlamentarier*innen. Die Amtszeit beträgt ein Jahr. Die Tätigkeit ist ehrenamtlich und bis auf die Tätigkeit als Präsidiumsmitglied unentgeltlich.
Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten:
Kandidieren dürfen alle Mitglieder der Studierendenschaft der BTU Cottbus – Senftenberg, die in das Wählerverzeichnis eingetragen sind.
Die Kandidatur erfolgt durch eine E-Mail an die Wahlleitung (wahlkommission@stupa-cottbus.de), welche den Eintrag in das Wahlverzeichnis vornimmt oder durch eine Selbsteintragung. Das Wahlverzeichnis liegt im Studierendenrat, Hubertstraße 15 in 03044 Cottbus, aus. Die Einschreibung erfolgt zu den Öffnungszeiten.
Mit der Kandidatur sind folgende Informationen zu übermitteln:
1. Name der Liste
2. Name und Vorname der oder des Studierenden
3. Studiengang der oder des Studierenden
4. Anschrift der oder des Studierenden
5. Freiwillig: Telefonnummer und E-Mailadresse der oder des Studierenden
6. Freiwillig: Ein Foto der oder des Studierenden und ein Motivationsschreiben (wird auf der StuRa-Homepage veröffentlicht)
7. Unterschrift der oder des Studierenden
Das Wahlverzeichnis wird am 19.05.2023 um 23:59 Uhr geschlossen. Die Kandidaturen müssen frist- und formgerecht eingereicht werden. Die Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten werden nach Prüfung des Wahlverzeichnisses am 20.05.2023 unter www.stura-btu.deveröffentlicht. Eine Kandidatur per E-Mail ist nur möglich, wenn ein eingescanntes Dokument mit allen genannten Informationen und gültiger Unterschrift gemäß Abschnitt „Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten“ beiliegt.
Wahlordnung:
Die Wahlordnung, welche dieser Wahl zugrunde liegt, liegt zu den Öffnungszeiten des Studierendenrates im Büro Cottbus, Hubertstraße 15 in 03044 Cottbus, aus. Die Wahlordnung und weitere Informationen zur Wahl sind außerdem auch im Internet unter www.stura-btu.de zu finden.
Einsicht in das Wählerverzeichnis:
Nur in das Wählerverzeichnis eingetragene Personen besitzen das aktive und passive Wahlrecht.
Studierende schreiben eine E-Mail an wahlkommission@stupa-cottbus.de mit der Bitte auf Überprüfung ob selbige Person im Wählerverzeichnis steht. Hierzu sind Angaben zu Vor- und Nachname, sowie Geburtsdatum und Studiengang erforderlich.
Vor- und Nachname der zu überprüfenden Person müssen mit der BTU-E-Mail übereinstimmen. Anfragen und Widersprüche sind bis zum 19.05.2023, 23:59 Uhr zu stellen.
Wahl:
Die Wahlen sind allgemein, frei, gleich, geheim und unmittelbar. Gewählt wird nach nach dem Prinzip der personalisierten Verhältniswahl, (gemäß der Wahlordnung der Studierendenschaft der BTU Cottbus – Senftenberg in der Fassung vom 13. Juli 2021). Wenn jedoch bestimmte Voraussetzungen gem. Wahlordnung vorliegen wird nach dem Prinzip der Personenwahl statt nach dem Prinzip der personalisierten Verhältniswahl gewählt.
Es wird das Wahlverfahren der Online-Wahl angewandt. Jede zum Stichtag im Wählerverzeichnis stehende Person erhält am Wahltag eine E-Mail an die BTU-E-Mail Adresse mit einem Wahllink. Es kann lediglich eine Stimme an eine Liste oder an eine kandidierende Person vergeben werden.
Ergebnisse:
Das Ergebnis der Wahl wird am 02.06.2023 in einer Sitzung der Wahlkommission festgestellt. Diese Sitzung findet ab 17 Uhr im Büro des FSR Elektrotechnik/Maschinenbau (FEM), Standort Cottbus, Lehrgebäude 3A, Raum 314, statt.
Einsprüche:
Einsprüche müssen laut Wahlordnung innerhalb von drei Werktagen nach der Bekanntgabe des Ergebnisses bei der Wahlkommission eingelegt werden. Die Einspruchsfrist endet damit am 07.06.2023, 23:59 Uhr. Einsprüche können per E-Mail an wahlkommission@stupa-cottbus.de geschickt werden.
Konstituierung des Studierendenparlamentes:
Die Konstituierende Sitzung des Studierendenparlamentes 2023-2024 wird am Dienstag,
den 13.06.2023 um 19:00 Uhr im Senatssaal HG, Raum 4.40, Standort Zentralcampus Cottbus, stattfinden. Zeitgleich wird eine Online-Teilnahme ermöglicht. Der Link hierfür wird rechtzeitig unter www.stura-btu.de veröffentlicht.

From May 30th until June 01st, 2023 at 23:59 the student parliament for the term 2023-2024 will be elected. All students of the BTU Cottbus – Senftenberg who are registered to the electoral roll are eligible to vote.
The Student Parliament (StuPa):
The StuPa is the highest decision-making body of the Student Body. It usually consists of 30 members. The term of office is one year. The activity is honorary and unpaid, except for the activity as a member of the presidium.
Candidates:
All members of the student bodies of the BTU Cottbus – Senftenberg who are registered to vote are eligible to run for office. Candidacy is done by sending an email to the Elections Office (wahlkommission@stupa-cottbus.de), which will then add you to the electoral list, or by self-registration. The electoral list is available at the student council, Hubertstraße 15 in 03044 Cottbus. The registration takes place during the opening hours.
The following information must be submitted with the candidacy:
- name of the list
- name and surname of the student
- course of study of the student
- address of the student
- optional: phone number and e-mail address of the student
- optional: a photo of the student and a letter of motivation (will be published on the StuRa homepage)
- signature of the student
The electoral list will be closed on 19.05.2023 at 23:59. The candidacies must be submitted on time and in the correct form. The candidates will be published at www.stura-btu.de on 20.05.2023 after the list has been checked. Candidacy by e-mail is only possible if a scanned document containing all the above information and a valid signature is attached, in accordance with the „Candidates“ section.
Election Regulations:
The Election Regulations, on which this election is based, are available at the Cottbus Office, Hubertstraße 15 in 03044 Cottbus, during the office hours of the Student Council. The Election Regulations and further information about the election can also be found on the Internet at www.stura-btu.de.
Inspection of the Electoral Roll:
Only persons registered on the electoral roll have the right to vote and stand for election. Students send an email to wahlkommission@stupa-cottbus.de asking to verify that the same person is on the electoral roll. The following information is required: first and last name, as well as date of birth and course of study. The first and last name of the person to be verified must match the BTU e-mail. Requests and objections must be submitted by 23:59 on 19.05.2023.
Election:
Elections are general, free, equal, secret and direct. Elections are held according to the principle of personalized proportional representation (according to the Election Rules of the Student Body of the BTU Cottbus – Senftenberg in the version of July 13, 2021). However, if certain conditions according to the Election Rules are met, elections are held according to the principle of personalized elections instead of personalized proportional elections.
Online voting will be used. Each person on the electoral roll will receive an email with a voting link at the BTU email address on election day. Only one vote can be given to a list or person who is a candidate.
Results:
The result of the election will be determined on 02.06.2023 in a meeting of the election commission. This meeting will take place from 5 pm in the office of the FSR Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (FEM), Cottbus, building 3A, room 314.
Objections:
According to the Election Rules, objections must be submitted to the Election Commission within three business days of the announcement of the results. The deadline for objections is 23:59 on 07.06.2023. Objections may be sent by email to wahlkommission@stupa-cottbus.de.
Constituent Meeting of the Student Parliament:
The constituent meeting of the Student Parliament 2023-2024 will take place on Tuesday, 13.06.2023 at 7:00 pm in the Senatssaal HG, room 4.40, location: Central Campus Cottbus. It will be possible to join the meeting online. The link will be published in time at www.stura-btu.de.
