Student Parliament
The Student Parliament (StuPa) is the legislative body of the student body and at the same time its highest, decision-making body. It determines the political strategy and the guidelines of current politics, especially educational and university politics.

Committees in the Student Council
The StuRa is the executive body of student self-government and represents the student body of BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg internally and externally. The StuRa consists of different departments.

Senate
The Senate is a central university body of the BTU, which determines the strategic and university policy orientation of the BTU.

The KLSSW plays a central role in ensuring, developing and improving the quality of teaching and studies and in adapting to changing educational requirements and needs.

This Senate Commission plays a crucial role in ensuring the financial situation and efficiency of the University by ensuring careful planning, monitoring and management of financial resources.

The Central Election Committee is responsible for organizing and conducting elections within the university. These elections primarily concern various committees and positions within the academic self-administration.
